Great product, but... September 1, 2016 Reviewer: Jenn A. from Cape Coral, FL United States   I was so excited to sign up for this VR because I believe in ME! All the goodies that go along with this package was so awesome! My "but" comes in the delivery. It arrived in a timely fashion but the packaging needs improvement. It arrived in a paper/cardboard priority envelope, which unfortunately was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain. Everything was soaked, including the tank, race bib and window decal. The medal & other extras were protected in their own little plastic bag. I would like to suggest if you need to use the paper/cardboard priority envelopes, please place all items inside a plastic bag first. I have signed up for other VR through other companies and they all arrived in a plastic bubble mailer. I will return to your website for more runs, but I do hope you take my suggestion to heart.
